We got well priced and nicely furnished twin room with comfortable beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. The public parking was nearby, exceptional service. Everyone who worked there was very amiable.

The staff were very very helpful and amicable and the location was excellent in the center of the city in a wonderfull location. Went to Teuchters Bar for drink or two, set at a short distance from the hotel. Had the suite which was beautifully decorated exactly as on the pictures.

Incredibly nice people working here, beautifully designed and excellent place. Airy, large units provided with microwave and fridge, a fridge, red massive curtain as decoration. Excellent service during our very relaxing stay. Marvellous and fantastic location in lovely neighbourhood, in the good area. Besides, easy to get to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The location was great for traveling around Edinburgh, not far from all the attractions, restaurants and shops nearby and the castle and all other areas of the main section of Edinburgh. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from New Town.

Everything there was beautiful and the staff were caring and kind. I got complimentary twin room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The view of the castle was lovely, liked it. The hotel's location was magnificent for everything that I needed. The place was close to The Khukuri, where you can have dinner. It was surely a very very good stay for two nights.
